My name is Caitlin Muller and I moved from Sydney to beautiful Inverell with my family 12 years ago.

I have over 10 years experience in the natural health industry and opened my Nutrition clinic 5 years ago after completing my qualifications in Nutritional Medicine.

In a sea of “one size fits all” and weight loss centric diets, I am passionate about individualised nutrition where all aspects of the clients health and needs are considered and catered to. Nutrition is a human right that should be accessible to everyone regardless of their circumstances.

Too often people get to the end of a diet and don’t know how to maintain their results going forward, inevitably falling back into old habits. My goal is to teach my clients how to reconnect to their body and educate them in how to maintain their nutrition easily for lifelong health.

Every nutrition plan I create is completely individual to that client, right down to their blood chemistry.
