The Organic Tshirt is a family business based in Glen Innes, NSW. It has a sustainable approach that reduces overstock and produces small quantities of clothing, emphasising manufacturing and printing on demand. It also prioritises style, design, quality, and fair pricing. The quality of our clothing reflects our commitment to excellence, and we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality clothing while minimising our impact on the environment.

Our mission is to revolutionise the fashion industry by prioritising sustainability and ethical practices in every aspect of our business. We are dedicated to producing high-quality, environmentally-conscious clothing that is made to last. Our mission includes promoting transparent supply chains, supporting local Australian suppliers, and reducing our environmental impact at every production stage. We are committed to raising awareness about the importance of sustainable fashion and empowering consumers to make informed choices. Through innovation, education, and collaboration, we aim to drive the shift towards a more sustainable and ethical fashion industry.

Our vision is to lead the way in sustainable fashion manufacturing in Australia. We are committed to promoting locally-made, environmentally friendly clothing that supports our economy and reduces our carbon footprint. We aim to continue innovating and setting new standards for sustainable fashion, from sourcing materials to reducing waste in our production process. We strive to inspire conscious consumer choices and contribute to a cleaner, greener future for the fashion industry and the planet as a whole.

Sandro and Stefania, based in the Northern Tablelands, are dedicated to implementing sustainable practices in the production of 100% Australian-made apparel. With 40 years of experience in the fashion industry in both Italy and Australia, Sandro brings extensive expertise to the venture. Stefania, an allied health practitioner, is deeply committed to natural and sustainable principles. Having relocated from Sydney two years ago, they have established their manufacturing facility in Glen Innes.

We are committed to implementing sustainable practices throughout our business operations. For instance, we have transitioned from paper to digital documents and focus on reducing waste by repurposing leftover fabric into bags to protect garments during shipping. Any small unused fabric is donated to other businesses and used as cleaning rags. To lessen our environmental impact, we make a conscious effort to reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing from Australian suppliers all the materials we use to make our clothes, from the fabric to the label. Moreover, we use eco-friendly packaging when shipping our products, using home-compostable mailers.

In addition, we have introduced on-demand design and manufacturing for wholesale and retail customers. This innovative approach allows our customers to have items made to order at a very competitive cost. The low returns on our business are a direct result of this. One of our services is digital patternmaking, which allows us to create patterns using the Gerber system without the need to print them. We are also researching implementing a Virtual Fitting Room for our online store
